Section 1.1 Shipment/Pick-up Policies:
Shipping Policies: Most Approved Orders or Design Approvals (when you request a design proof)* Received by 3 pm EST / 12 Noon PST (Mon-Fri) will be shipped by the end of the Next Business Day. Delivery date starts the first business day after order has been shipped. If you want to order more than 10 banners, or have missed our deadline and are in a rush, we might be able to ship your order sooner for a small rush fee. In either case, please contact us before completing your order.
Pick-up Policies: Depending on the size and quantity of the banner(s), the order can take 1 or 2 days to be picked-up from our shop. If you are concerned about the pick-up date, please contact us before completing your order.
* If You Request a Design Proof: Shipment of orders is determined by when we receive your approval. Design Proofs are sent the same or next business day depending on time of order.
* If You DID NOT Request a Design Proof: Shipment of orders is determined by when we approve your design.
Important: We do not ship to PO Boxes or PO Box office addresses.

Section 1.2 Delivery
» Delivery starts the business day after we submit your package to the Shipping Carrier.
» USPS and FedEx packages are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
» USPS Express Mail and FedEx Ground are not available for P.O. Boxes and APO Addresses.
» Signature is required for USPS Express Mail.
» FedEx Ground is not available for Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Marshall Islands and Canada.
» A free shipping tracking # will be provided so you can track the exact location and delivery time of your shipment.
» Our website is setup to process Orders anywhere within the United States. Please contact us if your shipping address is located outside of the United States.
» If a design is approved by us, customer has 5 business days to reply. If we do not receive customer's response by the 5th day, the order will be printed and shipped as approved by us.
» 1 Day Shipping Policy: Applies to orders with the same billing/shipping information. If your shipping address or receiver's name is different from billing information, shipment of your order may be delayed unless you're a repeat customer.
» Pick-up Orders: Only the person whose name is shown on the credit card may pick-up the order from our shop unless you've made prior arrangements. Please remember to bring the credit card you used to complete the order and a valid picture State ID card.
» Late Deliveries: If Express Mail delivery is late, you have 15 days from date of delivery to contact us by email. Upon post office confirmation, we'll deduct the cost of Priority Mail for the order, and refund the difference to the credit card you used to complete the order.

Section 1.3 Boxing (Handling, Preparation)
Banners over 3 feet in height will be folded and shipped in a square box.
Section 2. Order Information
Section 2.1 Design Proofs: If you request and pay for a design proof, you'll receive a design proof via email with the picture of your banner or sign within 24 business hours. Each additional design proof requires $10 design fee in advance. If we do not receive your response within 2 business days from the time of our email, your sign or banner will be printed and shipped as shown on the last design proof. Therefore, it's important to check your emails daily to view our emails.
Section 2.2 Customer's name: In the "Credit Card Holder Billing Info" section on our "Checkout", we require you to enter your "First" and "Last" name. You cannot enter a Company's name instead of your name since we must have proof of delivery to our customers and a "company" cannot sign for delivery. 1DayBanner.com reserves the right to void or cancel such orders without a prior notice. Section 2.4 We check all transactions: If billing information does not match the credit card bank issuer, the order may be delayed or cancelled.

We do not make signs or banners with vulgarity, profanity, indecent, offensive, hateful or provocative messages or other inappropriate language or graphics. Such orders will be cancelled without notice.
Section 4. Service
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone and to cancel orders at anytime.

Section 7.2 In accessing the Website you agree that you will access the content solely for your personal, non-commercial use. None of the content may be downloaded, copied, reproduced, transmitted, stored, sold or distributed without the prior written consent of the copyright holder. Section 8.3 1daybanner.com makes no warranty that the functionality of the Website will be uninterrupted or error free, that defects will be corrected or that the Website or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or anything else which may be harmful or destructive.
Section 8.4 Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall be construed so as to exclude or limit the liability of 1daybanner.com for death or personal injury as a result of the negligence of 1daybanner.com or that of its employees or agents.
Section 9. Returns and Refunds
We offer a 100% Guarantee that our signs and banners are delivered defective free. If you believe your sign or banner is defective upon receiving your order, please Complete Our Return Request Form within 24 hours from the time of delivery to receive a "Return Authorization Email". Packages returned without a "Return Authorization Code" will be rejected and returned to the sender. Upon receiving the "Return Authorization Email", the order must be returned by the next business day and the "Tracking Number must be emailed to us the same day. The customer is responsible for return shipping cost. If we determine the sign(s) or banner(s) is defected because of our error, we will reprint the design and ship it using USPS Priority Mail at our cost regardless of the original shipping method as soon as possible. No refund is issued and the customer is responsible for any shipping method upgrade.
Section 10. Cancellation Policy
We print and ship our signs/banners fast. If you decide to cancel your order, please contact us ASAP.
A) If you cancel your order for any reason and it has not been printed yet, we will deduct 25% of the purchase price as our cancellation fee and will refund the balance plus the entire shipping cost (if any).
B) If your order has been already printed, only the shipping cost will be refunded (if any).
C) If your order has not been completed for any reason by you and you do not respond to our emails or phone calls within 90 days from our first contact, the order will be cancelled. We will deduct 25% of the purchase price as our cancellation fee and will refund the balance plus the entire shipping cost (if any).
All credits will be placed on the credit card used for the original purchase. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
Section 11. Orders Pending Design Approval
We will keep orders that are pending design approval in pending status for 30 days from the date the design was sent. We will try to solve the issue with the customer by phone and e-mail. If an order remains pending for 30 days for any reason the customer may have, we will cancel the order and will deduct 25% of the purchase price or $20.00 per design (whichever is higher) as our processing fee and will refund the balance plus the entire shipping cost. We will e-mail the customer a coupon code for the amount we have deducted to be used within 30 days for a new order. All credits will be placed on the credit card used for the original purchase. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
Section 12. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold 1daybanner.com and its employees and agents harmless from and against all liabilities, legal fees, damages, losses, costs and other expenses in relation to any claims or actions brought against 1daybanner.com arising out of any breach by you of these Terms and Conditions or other liabilities arising out of your use of this Website.
Section 13. Use of Member Content
1daybanner.com does not claim ownership of the Content that Customer provides to 1daybanner. 1daybanner.com acknowledges and agrees that, subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Member will retain any and all applicable copyright and other intellectual property rights in any Member Content. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Member hereby grants 1daybanner.com a non-exclusive, worldwide, irrevocable, perpetual, unlimited, assignable, royalty-free, license to copy, host, use, reproduce, modify, prepare derivative works of, improve, distribute, transmit, publish, remove, retain, add to, combine with information provided by third parties, and publicly display the Member Content in 1daybanner.com’s promotional and advertising materials.
Section 14. Severance
If any of these Terms and Conditions should be determined to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable for any reason by any court of competent jurisdiction then such Term or Condition shall be severed and the remaining Terms and Conditions shall survive and remain in full force and effect and continue to be binding and enforceable

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of USA and you hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the USA courts.
