    PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR BANNER DESIGN SIZES ARE CORRECT.

    Upload Your file(s) After You Order. You'll receive an Order Invoice E-mail After You Pay. Click the Upload Link After Step #9 in the E-mail and Upload Only 1 File For Each Design. First Upload is $10, we charge $15 in advance to upload a new file for the same design.

    Orders without file uploads or incorrect sizes may be cancelled according to our cancellation policy.

    Artwork Specifications & File Upload Instructions:

    1. For Banners up to 15 feet in Length: Design your banner between 25% to 100% of the actual size and proportionally correct, ON ONE PAGE.
    2. For Banners over 15 feet in Length: Design your banner between 25% to 50% of the actual size and proportionally correct, ON ONE PAGE.
    3. Leave about 2 inches free of text and artwork on all 4 sides if you request grommets. No Bleed Required.
    4. We only accept Single Page PDF or JPEG files between 100-200 dpi. Uploads in other file formats or e-mailed files are deleted without review. Max file size is 200 MB. Design in CMYK color modes, not RGB. We do not accept ZIP Files.
    5. Our system operates on Windows. Make sure Mac files open in Windows correctly.
    6. Maximum 6 different banner designs per order. If you have more than 6 designs, please place a separate order.

    Step 2: Upload Your Design


    1. Type "Your Full Name" (Mandatory) in Box #1 labeled Your Name
    2. Type "Your E-mail Address" (Mandatory) in Box #2 labeled Your Email
    3. Type "Your Cell Phone" (Mandatory) in Box #3 labeled Transfer Name
    4. Type Notes Related to Your File, Design or Order in Box #4 labeled Optional Message
    5. Click on "Select Files". Your computer files will open. Locate and select the file you want to upload from your computer. Once chosen, the file's name will show in the "Send Your Files" upload section. Repeat this step if you have multiple designs of the same exact size.
    6. Click "Send Now". Wait until you see the message "Upload Successful" before proceeding to "Step 3".

     

    Do not continue. Please retry uploading your design in Step 2 until you see the message "Upload Successful".

    Design Size Must be Minimum 25% of the Actual Banner Size and Minimum 100 DPI.

    Please note: Designs Proofs are currently mandatory but the first one is FREE!

    You will receive a design proof via email with the picture of your banner the same or next business day (depending on time of order). First design proof for each banner is $10 (per design). Each future design change, new file upload or new design proof request will cost $10 (per design) in advance.

    • We recommend Hemming, Grommets and Wind Slits for banners hanging in OPEN SPACE.
    • We strongly recommend not to hang banners Over 3 ft High or Over 20 Ft Wide/Long in OPEN SPACE.

    * If Grommets are requested they will be attached on all sides about 2-3 feet apart.

    "Print with Hemming and Grommets" Highly Recommended.

    Please keep text and graphics at least 3 inches from the edges where you want the pole pockets to be.
