How do I type multiple lines of text?
After typing a line of text, select a font again and type your new text.

How do I change the size of text or images?
If you want to change the height or width separately, uncheck "KEEP PROPORTION", then select the text. Click "Vertical Size +/-" to increase/decrease the height or "Horizontal Size +/-" to increase/decrease the width.

How do I align text to the left, or right?
Select the line you want to move, hold down the left mouse button and drag it to the left or right.

How do I center my text or image?
Select the text or the image. Click "Center Horizontal" or "Center Vertical".

How can I choose a different size, color or font for Text among other text on a line?
Type the Text separately and place it next to the other Text on the line.

How can I use the same font and exact same size for two or three lines of text?
Type the first line of Text. Resize the Text and move it from the center of the banner to a new location. Select the Text and copy it (Click ‘Copy”). The Designer will place a copy of the Text in the center of the banner. Select the copied Text and change the wording in the “Type_Text” box. Change the Text Color if necessary. Repeat the same steps for additional lines.

If I move part of an Image outside of the banner design area, will the part that is outside of the banner design area print on my banner?
No. Only Text or Image inside the banner design area will be printed on the banner.

There are 32 colors available: White, ivory, corn, orange, yellow, light orange, light green, green, forest green, teal, dark green, olive, cyan, sky blue, dark blue, lavender, blue, navy blue, medium purple, purple, pink, red, violet, salmon pink, burgundy, light brown, chocolate, black, brown, gray, matte silver and matte gold.

How many fonts are available for the ‘Online Designer’?
There are 32 fonts available with 4 type styles: Regular, regular italic, bold and bold italic. They are: 2oth Century, Aaron, Ache, Adams, Albert, Arial, Arial Black, Bahamas, Bernhart, Blew, Bloody, Bobo, Brandon condensed, Brush Script, Cezanne, Chaney, Chow Mein, Compass, Cooper Black, Denmark, Dream Orphans, Elephant, Engebrechtre, Flame, Franklin Gothic Book, Impact, Lucida Handwriting, Mistral, Old English, Rockwell, Times New Roman, and University Roman.

If I go a step backward or forward, will I lose my current design?
If you go from Step 2 back to Step 1, a warning will appear. If you choose to go back to Step 1, you will lose your design.

Can I preview my banner before deciding to purchase?
Yes. When you add your banner to the shopping card, click the “View Design” button to view your banner before purchasing it.

Can I save my online designed banner for later purchase?
Yes. Once you add your banner to the shopping cart, your design will remain in the cart for 30 days until you either: 1) Check-out; or 2) Delete your Browser's cookies. You must use the same computer you designed your banner with in order to view and purchase it.

If I order my banner today, how fast will I receive it and how much does it cost?
Once you add your Online Designed Banner to the shopping cart, you will see all available shipping methods and the total shipping cost in the Shipping Method Drop Menu.
Single Banner Orders:
Orders Received Before 12 pm PST will be printed & shipped the next business day.
Orders Received After 12 pm PST will be printed & shipped the following business day.
Orders with Multiple Banners:
Shipment may take longer. Please contact us for expected date of shipment.
Note: Text Banner shipment is determined by when the design is 'Approved'
» Delivery starts the day after we submit your package to the Shipping Carrier.
» USPS and UPS packages are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
» UPS is not available for P.O. Boxes and APO Addresses.
» Someone must be available to accept delivery.

How can I hang my banner?
If you need to hang your banner, select "Grommets along Top and Bottom" from STEP 3 of the 'Online Designer'. You can place rope through the grommet holes to hang and secure your banner.

How do I place an order?
There are only a few easy steps to placing an Order:
1. Select a Banner
Product from the menu on the left side of our website
2. Select the Vinyl Banner Product of your choice and available 'Banner Options'
3. Add it to your shopping cart and complete the purchase by selecting Checkout. Orders are processed online using credit cards.

How do I change my order
before it is printed?
Please send us an e-mail with the changes you would like to make. Include
a phone number where you can easily be reached. Changes can only be made
if your vinyl banner has not been printed yet.

Why isn't my order added to the shopping cart?
Our shopping cart uses cookies to keep track of your order. Please
make sure that cookies are enabled on your Web Browser (Internet Explorer, Netscape
Navigator, etc.). Please note that certain internet security software such as
Norton Antivirus, Norton Internet Security and other firewall/anti-pop-up programs
can interfere with ordering. We recommend that you temporarily disable them
(right click on the icon on your taskbar and select disable) and then try to
order again. It might also be necessary to delete the temporary internet files
and cookies after making these changes.

Where do I enter my Discount Coupon
Code?
1. The "Coupon Code Box" is located at the bottom right-hand corner of our 'One Page Checkout' page.
2. The "Coupon Code" must be used at the time order is completed.
Customer can not ask us to apply the discount after the order.
3. The "Coupon Code" is valid through the expiration date and can
be used numerous times by you or people referred by you.
4. Only one "Coupon Code" may be used per order.

When I try to crate an account, why do
I receive the message "User already exists"?
If you have created an account in the past, but have forgotten your
password, click
here or contact us to retrieve your password.
If you are a new customer, someone else is already using that username. Please
choose a different username.

What are your shipping methods?
We currently offer several methods of shipping to the US.
For Banners 2 to 16 feet in height:
1) UPS Ground (Does not deliver to PO Boxes) - Delivered in up to 5 Business Days.
For Banners up to 6 feet in height:
2) USPS (Post Office) Priority Mail - Delivered in 2-3 Business Days.
3) USPS (Post Office) Express Mail - Delivered in 1 Day to most cities.
Note for all Shipping Methods: Double-Check your Address with
the USPS website. If your address is not verified by USPS, we will not be responsible
if your package is lost or returned to us. Please click
here to double-check your address on the USPS website.
We are not responsible if your package is late, lost, or damaged by the shipping
carrier. A tracking/confirmation number will be e-mailed to you once your
package has been shipped. If you have any questions about the delivery of your
package, please contact the correspoding shipping carrier.
We ship anywhere in the U.S. If you have an APO address, please
contact us before placing your order. We are not responsible for UPS or USPS
delays or errors.
Alaska and Hawaiian Residents:
UPS Ground is not available for Alaska and Hawaiian Residents. Available shipping
methods are USPS Express Mail and USPS Priority Mail. For Banners over 6 feet in height contact us for special shipping arrangements.

What are your return/exchange policies?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact
us to return the vinyl banner(s) within 7 days of receipt. Once we receive
the vinyl banner(s) in its original condition and packaging, we will refund
the purchase price excluding all shipping costs. All credits will be placed
on the credit card used for the original purchase. Please allow 1-2 weeks to
process your return request and 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear
on your statement.
